A new Director at Aztec Group

Aztec Group, the boutique fund administrator with offices in Jersey, Guernsey, London and Luxembourg, is pleased to announce Mark Wanless has been promoted to Director in the Group’s Jersey office.

Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst working at PricewaterhouseCoopers during the early stages of his career. He is also a member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association. Before joining Aztec Group, Mark worked with Maples Finance Jersey on a large variety of structured finance and fund transactions, including private equity funds, property funds, hedge funds and funds of funds. Mark joined Aztec Group in May 2007 to manage the administration requirements of a number of key private equity clients.

Commenting on the appointment, Edward Moore, the Aztec Group’s co-founder and CEO, said: “Mark’s wealth of experience in the industry will be invaluable in assisting the ongoing strategic development of the Jersey office and Group as a whole. We are very pleased to welcome Mark onto the Board.”
