James Bermingham, Director and Group General Counsel

James joined the Aztec Group in 2006 and works extensively with clients across the Group and has an excellent grasp of the laws in each jurisdiction and commonly gives talks on multi-jurisdiction fund structuring. He also writes articles and represents the Group in various industry forums.

Before joining the Aztec Group, James practiced as a lawyer specialising in the formation of private equity funds and related transactional work.

Qualifications: James is an English Solicitor and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from University College London.
