James Duffield, Head of Business Development

James joined the Aztec Group in 2008 and heads up the Aztec Group's London office and coordinates the Group’s business development strategy through its Guernsey, Jersey, London and Luxembourg offices.

James has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. He started his career as a management trainee at Barclays Bank. Following a succession of corporate banking roles and becoming ACIB qualified, James was a relationship and business development manager in East Anglia for eight years. In 2005 he moved to Barclays Bank in Guernsey to take up a role specialising in funds and financial institutions. 

Qualifications: James is ACIB and ACT qualified and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Bristol University.
