About Southampton

Southampton is the largest city in the county of Hampshire and is located on the South Coast of England some 70 miles South West of London.

The office itself is located just outside Southampton in the village of Durley which is set in traditional English countryside. The village was chosen, not as rumoured due to the outstanding nature of its two village pubs, but instead because it is remarkably well connected. Southampton airport is a 10 minutes’ drive and has up to 6 flights a day to both Jersey and Guernsey. From the airport the train to London Waterloo takes a little over an hour.

Bright Fact: As well as over 600 years of maritime history surrounding the port of Southampton, the Spitfire plane was designed, tested and built in the city. Because of these key industries Southampton suffered extensive damage in 1940 during the blitz and so now much of the city centre is of modern design.
