Hayley Tanguy - Associate Director, Administration
Hayley has spent over seven years working within offshore captive insurance, and trust and company administration sectors. Hayley joined Mourant's private equity division in 2004, where she gained experience in accounting for both open and closed ended onshore and offshore funds, before moving into a client relationship and management role. Her recent clients have included special situations, distressed opportunities and secondaries funds. She has experience of the accounting and administration of a diverse range of private equity and venture capital structures. Hayley is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).
