Edward Moore - Managing Director
Edward is an English solicitor who, for the past nine years, has specialised in advising clients on the establishment of collective investment structures and on the legal and regulatory hurdles that arise in the funds market. During his time as a practising lawyer, Edward was listed in the International Who's Who of Private Equity Fund Lawyers. Formerly an associate at Ogier & Le Masurier, one of Jersey's leading legal practices, he trained and worked for a number of years at the London city law firm, Ashursts. Edward has served as a committee member of the Jersey Funds Association and was one of the principal architects in restructuring Jersey's regulatory framework for alternative investment strategy funds.
