Nick Ogden - Senior Compliance Manager
Nick read Economics at Hull University, after which he worked for Midland Bank in the UK and Jersey and for TSB Channel Islands Limited. In 1992, Nick joined ABN Amro Bank in Jersey, setting up their Corporate Services department and, as a member of their Client Acceptance (Compliance) Committee, managed a significant number of open and closed-end structures for venture capital, private equity operations and REITs. An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nick holds additional qualifications in trust and company administration, financial derivative trading and compliance.
