James Bermingham - Director and Group General Counsel
James is an English solicitor. He trained at Baker and McKenzie in London having completed a LLB (Hons) at University College London.
James' previous post was at Mourant du Feu & Jeune where he was a senior lawyer in its funds group. Before this, James was a senior associate in the venture capital and private equity team at Norton Rose in London specialising in funds and related transactional work. During his time there, James acted as know- how manager for the group and was involved with the British Venture Capital Association writing articles, speaking and advising members of the Legal and Technical Committee.
James provides legal support to the Group in addition to heading up the Luxembourg office.
James is a member of the board of Aztec Financial Services (Luxembourg) S.A.
