Associate Director – Administration - Aztec Jersey

The purpose of this role is to manage a team of client facing staff who administer a range of different Private Equity fund structures.

Key responsibilities:

+ Lead the day-to-day accounting and administration service delivery for one of the Private Equity Teams

+ Working with the Director Jurisdictional Product Head to set and deliver strategy for your teams clients

+ Manage and be ultimately responsible for your client facing teams’ outputs for several client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of all administration and accounting matters

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

+ Considerable practical fund administration or corporate administration experience supported by a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent)

+ Act as Mentor to Managers and supervise and assist with their training and development, seeking input form the Aztec Academy Training Team

+ Build a strong relationship with a network of legal, tax, accounting and other professionals in the Funds industry

We will provide the training, both in house for relevant technical knowledge and professional qualifications, if appropriate, to enhance your professional development. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients is at the heart of what we do.
