Corporate Services Client Relationship Manager - Aztec Southampton
We are looking to recruit an experienced Client Relationship Manager to administer a number of corporate services structures whilst effectively managing client relationships. You will be managing and working alongside a team of Corporate Administrators and Accountants, whilst reporting to a Senior Client Relationship Manager and the Director of Corporate Services. Your expertise will be key to the award-winning outsourced solutions that the Group provide to our clients.
+ Act as first point of contact for company secretarial and administration matters for a number of corporate entities including Trusts, Companies and Limited Partnerships
+ Co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice where appropriate
+ Attend and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings
+ Ensure that the preparation, review and distribution of all company secretarial documentation and filings are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
+ 5 years legal and administration experience supported by a relevant professional qualification (Chartered ICSA level or equivalent)
+ Experience in the administration of Companies, Partnerships and Trusts
+ Sound technical financial services knowledge (to be supported through the Aztec Academy)
+ Computer literacy skills are essential
