Fund Administrator - Aztec Guernsey

We are looking for a Fund Administrator to join one of our growing teams at the Group, wishing to contribute to the unrivalled outsourced solutions we provide to our clients. Assisting with day-to-day administration of fund structures, you will be led by a knowledgeable Client Relationship Manager. With a view to becoming a leading Fund Administrator, we will provide the training, both in house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications.

Key responsibilities:

+ Administering funds and management companies within the team and liaising with clients on a daily basis

+ Checking and maintaining spreadsheets and cashflows to ensure that money transfers are initiated, maturing deposits renewed and all other standing items are dealt with

+ Ensuring full and sufficient data is provided to bookkeepers to enable them to fulfill their functions

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

+ The candidate will be expected to be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Certificate level or equivalent)

+ Some technical financial services knowledge (to be supported through the Aztec Academy)

+ Computer literacy skills are essential

We will provide the training, both in house for relevant technical knowledge and also for professional qualifications to enhance both your professional development and ability to provide sound administration services. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients are at the heart of what we do.
