Senior Administrator / Company Secretarial Officer - Aztec Jersey

The purpose of this position is to provide, alongside our existing fund administration team, a key private equity funds client in our Jersey office with fund administration and company secretarial services.

Key responsibilities:

+ To assist in co-ordinating all fund / company secretarial matters, including convening Board meetings, production of Board packs, attendance and preparation of minutes for Board meetings, and follow up on action points

+ Administer a complex range of funds, management companies and associated fund structures and liaise with clients and intermediaries as necessary

+ Maintenance of registers for fund entities and all records detailing all contractual relationships

+ Ensure accurate investor records are maintained and process all investor changes / transfers thereon

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

+ The candidate should be able to work as a key part of the existing client administration team

+ Company secretarial subject matter expert

+ Excellent inter-personal and organisational skills are essential

+ You need to be experienced, confident and discreet
