Senior Reporting Manager - Aztec Jersey
The purpose of this position is to be the subject matter expert on relevant laws and regulations, to support the teams on related queries and to support and lead a commercialisation exercise across the Group.
+ Work with the Director and other stakeholders, to lead a commercialisation initiative for ancillary services across the Group
+ Be vigilant on new legislation, directives, regulatory updates which require actions on behalf of client entities
+ Oversee the deliverables for FATCA/CRS, BEPS, Dodd Frank and AIFMD
+ Act as the first point of contact for FATCA/CRS, BEPS, Dodd Frank and AIFMD queries raised by the client facing teams
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
+ Knowledge of FATCA/CRS, BEPS, Dodd Frank and AIFMD (preferable)
+ Experience leading an internal project, to include managing stakeholders, associated reporting
+ 4 – 6 years post qualification experience ideally with Big 4 supported by a relevant professional qualification (ACCA or ACA)
+ Sound technical financial services knowledge (to be supported through the Aztec Academy)
