Temporary Financial Systems Migration Support - Aztec Jersey
We are on the lookout for bright individuals who are motivated to join our team to ensure smooth delivery of a high-profile Group project. An opportunity has arisen for individuals to assist with the delivery of an upgrade to Aztec’s financial system. This will give the candidate great exposure to many areas of the Group in a short period of time and may provide opportunities to move into a permanent position to pursue a career in the financial systems team, or in either Administration or Accounting.
The purpose of this role includes, but is not limited to assisting in the extraction, review, cleansing, and importing of data between systems as part of an ongoing group project.
+ Assist with migrating funds, management companies and associated fund structures onto a new system configuration
+ Assist with review of static data and cleansing during a number of migrations
+ Support the migration team by providing expertise on processes and technical understanding of the system
+ Processing data through from extraction, reshaping and bringing into the new system
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
+ Advanced PC skills notably MS Office suite (MS Word & MS Excel)
+ General problem solving, and methodical approach is essential
+ Must have a genuine interest in technology and systems
+ Strong A Level or Degree qualifications (preferably in accountancy or technology) are desirable
You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients are at the heart of what we do.
