Aztec employees have come together to generously donate a huge amount for local charities – now that’s what we call team spirit.
Our employees have raised an incredible £100,000 for charities in their local communities through various initiatives, including a Christmas charity match campaign, where employees donated an hour’s salary with Aztec matching it – pound for pound! This, combined with additional charitable activities including monthly ‘dress for your day’ contributions, has raised the huge donation for local causes close to our employees’ hearts.
The donations will be made in the New Year and will be shared in early 2020 across the nominated charities in each of our locations below:
- Guernsey: Male Uprising Guernsey, Pink Ladies Guernsey, Wellbeing Animals Guernsey
- Jersey: Brightly, Diabetes Jersey, Jersey Critical Care Survivors, Jersey Women’s Refuge
- Luxembourg: Fondatioun Kriibskrank Kanner, Nestwärme, Pet Angels Luxembourg
- UK: Age UK, Sands

Away from the epic fundraising, Aztec employees are also known for their enthusiasm over the Christmas period and have been focussing on giving back this year. Across the Group, employees have been getting in the festive spirit by taking part in random acts of kindness, decorating giving trees and throwing little Aztekkers Christmas parties so employees’ children could get in on the action too!
