We’re delighted to announce two senior appointments to our Real Assets leadership team. Farhan Ahmed has been appointed as Head of Real Assets in Luxembourg, while Richard Anthony has assumed the role of Head of Real Assets in Jersey.
Joining the Group as a Director in 2018, Farhan Ahmed has transitioned to the role of Luxembourg Head of Real Assets. Previously a director at a big four accountancy firm, Farhan has extensive experience of the real estate, private equity, infrastructure and banking sectors. In his new role, he will oversee all client relationship management, administration and accountancy for a portfolio of real estate and infrastructure fund managers.
Also a member of our Real Assets leadership team, Richard Anthony has been appointed as Head of Real Assets in Jersey. Richard joined the Group as a Client Relationship Manager in 2012 and has since managed the administration of funds for private equity, private debt and real assets clients. As jurisdictional head of the Real Assets team, he will continue to oversee a range of outsourcing activities for clients while playing a key role in the Group’s business development efforts.
Paul Conroy, Group Head of Real Assets, commented:
“Farhan and Richard are two outstanding professionals who bring both depth and breadth of experience and a proven track record in service excellence to the team. They have both made an enormous contribution to the continued success of our real assets offering and their promotions are a clear reflection of their efforts and the leadership that they’ve shown.
“As always, it’s particularly pleasing to promote from within the team and provide our people with the opportunity to fulfil their career aspirations with the Group. Congratulations to Farhan and Richard on their promotions.”
