We’re delighted to announce that the Aztec Group has appointed Charlotte Light as our Chief Technology Officer. Charlotte will drive the continued development of our IT team and lead our technology transformation agenda.
We see technology transformation and innovation as key to our continuing success and achieving our ambitions in an industry which we know will undergo significant disruption over the coming years.
Charlotte has a wealth of experience and expertise in technology transformation and change and will lead this crucial agenda as a member of our Executive Board. Charlotte and her team will help us enhance our client and employee experiences, using technology to drive clear competitive advantage.
Charlotte joins Aztec Group after four years at Channel 4, where she was Chief Information Officer leading the technology function to deliver a broad digital change programme. She has a breadth and depth of experience having led technology teams in multiple industries including media, retail and supply chain and from working directly in the technology sector.
She will be based in our Southampton office, and will make visits to other jurisdictions once business travel resumes.
