Ed Bellew, an Associate Director within our Real Assets team, is set to moderate a panel session at next week’s BVCA Real Estate Forum.
The half-day conference will explore the continuing evolution of private equity real estate in the current political environment, by looking specifically at the development of ‘alternative’ opportunities in real estate and the technological changes that impact the asset class.
Starting at 8.30AM, the event, which the Aztec Group is also sponsoring, will bring together leading real estate professionals from a wide range of backgrounds to share their insights on the issues impacting the industry.
Ed is set to moderate the session on “The latest regulatory and tax considerations for real estate funds” and will be joined by Fiona Cooper from Starwood Capital Group, Tracy Dossett of Brockton Capital, Ian Laming of Tristan Capital and Patricia Volhard from Debevoise and Plimpton.
We have a number of representatives who look forward to seeing you there. If you would like to set up a meeting, please contact our Business Development Manager, Chris Wood on +44 (0) 1534 833027 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
The BVCA Real Estate Forum is part of a wider Alternative Fund Strategies series and is taking place at the IET: Savoy Place in London on Friday, 8 June. To read the full agenda and register your interest, please visit the BVCA website here.
