Paul Conroy to moderate at the BVCA Real Estate Forum

Paul Conroy, our Group Head of Real Assets, is set to moderate a panel session at this week’s BVCA Real Estate Forum.

Starting at 8:30am, the event will address the continuing evolution of private equity real estate in the context of a changing political environment, the development of ‘alternative’ opportunities in real estate and the technological changes on the horizon that will impact on the asset class.

The half-day conference, which we’re also sponsoring, will feature expert speakers from a wide range of backgrounds, delivering a comprehensive overview on the most urgent issues impacting on these new areas of investment strategy.

Paul is moderating a session on ‘Technological change impacting on real estate: what is the pace of change and where are the new opportunities?’ and will be joined by Anthony Gahan of IPSX, Simon Hughes from Liquid Real Estate Innovation and Johnnie Sims of Coyote Software.
