Taking place over the mornings of 9-11 February, the BVCA Alternative Strategies Series explores some of the ways private equity is diversifying as it matures; developing new approaches and investment products as it looks for opportunities in a wider range of markets.
The half-day forums focus on infrastructure, private debt and secondaries and will bring together expert speakers to provde insightful discussion on the hot topics of today. We’ll also be moderating panel sessions across all three days.
Chief Client Officer, James Gow will be moderating ‘Building back better: ESG trends, opportunities and challenges’ at the Infrastructure Forum. He will be joined by Carolyn Pearce of InfraCapital, Neil Krawitz from Arcus Infrastructure and Mary Nicholson from Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets.
During the Secondaries Forum, Group Head of Business Development, James Duffield will be moderating ‘What does the future hold?’ and will be joined by Inigo Weston from Ardian Investment, Patrick Knechtli of Aberdeen Standard Investments and Matthieu Ducharme from Northleaf Capital Partners.
On the third and final day, our Head of Private Debt in Luxembourg, Peter Brown will moderate ‘The LP Perspective: what next for allocations to private debt?’. Also on the panel will be Stuart Hawkins from Ardian Investment and Claire Madden of Connection Capital.
