We’ve announced three senior appointments to our Private Debt leadership team. Richard Phillips has been appointed Director, while Sasha Ali and Francesca Raffa have assumed the roles of Associate Directors.
In Jersey, Richard Phillips has been promoted to Director. Since joining the Group in 2016, he has been instrumental in developing our private debt operating platform and specialist team. As Director, Richard will play a leading role in shaping and delivering the Group’s private debt strategy, in addition to overseeing client relationship management activities across the private debt client base in Jersey.
Sasha Ali has been promoted to Associate Director. Based in the Jersey office since joining the Group in 2013, Sasha will continue to act as a key member of the leadership team and subject matter expert for multiple private debt clients. She will also work closely with our business development team on initiatives focused on raising the profile of the Group’s private debt offering in key European markets.
In our Luxembourg office, Francesca Raffa has been promoted to Associate Director. Francesca joined the Group in 2014 and has played an integral role in the development of the our private debt capabilities in Luxembourg. She will continue to have overall responsibility for a number of private debt relationships, and shaping and driving operational best practice.
