Background and experience
Charlotte was one of the Group’s formative hires. Joining the company as a Client Relationship Manager at the time of its inception in 2001, Charlotte brought with her a substantial amount of experience in the finance industry, including notable expertise in the administration of private equity and international employee benefit structures.
Since then, Charlotte’s role has developed and expanded significantly and, in 2011, she was appointed Associate Director.
Before helping to get the Group off the ground in Jersey, Charlotte held positions at Mourant and, prior to that, Abacus, where she started as a trainee back in 1995. During her five years at Abacus, Charlotte played a pivotal role in the growth of the employee benefits team.
- Bachelor’s degree (with Honours) in Economics from Kingston University.
- Offshore Finance & Administration Diploma from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Outside of the office
Charlotte enjoys participating in charity events and has completed numerous “Moonwalk” power walking marathons in aid of Walk the Walk, raising funds and awareness for breast cancer. Charlotte has also attended several cookery courses and likes to show off her culinary skills by baking for family, friends and people in the office.
