Chloe Morris,
Business Development Manager

Chloe is responsible for identifying new business development opportunities within the corporate services sector, with a particular focus on the provision of company secretarial and administration services to SPVs, management companies, Jersey private funds, escrow arrangements, listed vehicles and management incentive plans.

Based in our Jersey office, Chloe is the principal point of contact for corporate service enquiries across Jersey, Guernsey and the UK, and supports with all aspects of business development, including strategy, intermediary networking, client onboarding and the management and development of client proposals.

Background and experience

Prior to assuming her current role in 2020, Chloe was a Senior Corporate Administrator. In this role, she was responsible for delivering administration and company secretarial services to a range of clients across multi-jurisdictional structures. During 2019, Chloe was based in Aztec’s Luxembourg office where she provided company secretarial services to one of the world’s largest fund managers.

Prior to joining the Group in 2017, Chloe worked for Sanne Group. There, she was responsible for delivering company secretarial services to several entrepreneurial and high net-worth individuals across various asset classes.

Qualifications

  • ICSA Diploma in Finance and Administration.
  • Part-qualified Chartered Company Secretary (Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme).

Outside of the office

In her spare time, Chloe loves to travel, so much so that she has visited 30 countries before turning 30! When she is not travelling, she also enjoys growing vegetables in her garden.
