David Bridger,
Associate Director

Leading a number of client relationship teams, David oversees the provision of a range of administration, accounting and reporting services to a portfolio of UK onshore private equity managers, superannuation pension schemes and institutional investors. Focused primarily on serving fund of fund structures and limited partnership interests, David also manages our specialist portfolio reporting service, Advanced Portfolio Services, which provides institutional investors with comprehensive reports on underlying company portfolio data.

In addition to his relationship management responsibilities, David also assists with client pitches, advises on the Group’s operating policies, procedures and systems, and acts as a regional representative on a number of the Group’s internal committees and working groups.

Background and experience

David initially joined the Group in 2013 as a Client Reporting Manager, responsible for fulfilling the financial reporting needs of a large pension fund. After implementing an entirely new reporting system for the Group’s private equity division, David was promoted to Senior Client Reporting Manager in 2016, before eventually rising to Associate Director in 2019.

Prior to joining the Group, David worked for Top 10 global accounting firm, RSM Tenon, for approximately five and a half years. Starting with the firm as an audit junior, David rose through the ranks to Audit Manager, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2011.

In this managerial role, David managed a large portfolio of clients across the south of England, including a vast array of defined benefit pension scheme audits.

  • Degree in Mathematics from Portsmouth University (graduated with first-class honours)

Outside of the office

Aside from food, David’s main passion is being active. In addition to going to the gym and participating in racquet sports, he also captains a local football team, and recently raised over £2,000 for charity by hiking up Kilimanjaro.
