Francesca Raffa, Associate Director

Francesca oversees a broad range of the Group’s core outsourcing activities across our Luxembourg private debt client base, including fund launches, investor onboarding and client communications.

As a member of our Private Debt leadership team, Francesca plays a leading role in the ongoing development of our private debt strategy across the Group, driving system enhancements, advising on policies and supporting the Group’s business development efforts in the Luxembourg private debt market.

Background and experience

Appointed Associate Director in 2020, Francesca was previously a Senior Client Relationship Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of private debt clients. During her time with the company, she has been instrumental in the development of our private debt offering, leading numerous business development initiatives aimed at developing the Group’s profile in the European private debt market.

Prior to joining the Group in 2014, Francesca spent several years working as a Tax Consultant, advising a portfolio of clients on international tax issues,

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Advanced European Studies from the European College of Parma.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bologna.

Outside of the office

Fluent in Italian, German, French and English Francesca loves to travel, and enjoys exploring the historic sights of Europe and Asia. Also a keen writer, Francesca writes an Italian blog and uses her passion for photography to illustrate her travels around the world.
