Kim Anthony,
Head of Business Improvement

Kim has overall responsibility for the Business Improvement Team with a remit that covers managing the Group’s strategic programmes and projects, coordinating Group – wide operational and transformational change and the continuous improvement of process and operating practice. As the Head of Business Improvement, she also focusses on the prioritisation, management, and governance of the delivery of the initiatives ensuring we deliver value to enhance both our clients and employee experience.

As Director and a member of our Group Operations Committee, Kim is also heavily involved in the continuous improvement and development of our processes and operating practices, working in partnership with our service and operational leads

Background and experience

Kim accepted the role of Head of Business Improvement in April 2016, bringing with her a broad experience of complex systems implementations, transformational programmes, process improvement and office setup projects, having worked in funds, trust, compliance and project management roles within both financial services and commercial trading across several jurisdictions.

Prior to joining the Group, Kim was working as a Senior Business Solutions Specialist for a commercial trading business in Perth, Australia. In this role, she was responsible for the implementation of an integrated solution that unified aspects of the company’s core trading, accumulations and marketing initiatives as well as setting up offices in the US and Russia which also included building the control frameworks and improving processes by way of structural redesign.

Born and raised in Jersey, Kim worked in roles in trust and company administration, before gaining experience across compliance, fund administration, and trust and estate management. Before moving to Australia, she held positions as a Project and Programme Manager for Link Asset Services, a Trust and Estates Manager, also for Link Asset Services (then known as Capita), and a Compliance Officer for Ogier.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Advanced Business Management.
  • Registered Prince2 Practitioner and Change Management Practitioner by APMG International.
  • Certificate in Trust and Company Law, Offshore Business Environment and Accounting Fundamentals from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Outside of the office

In her spare time, Kim enjoys relaxing and having fun with her family and friends, as well as travelling to new places and exploring other parts of the world.
