Background and experience
Joining the Group in 2009 as a Financial Reporting Manager, Mark was initially responsible for the accounting requirements of a diverse range of private equity funds. After successfully heading up the onboarding and ongoing management of a number of key client relationships, Mark soon rose through the ranks to Senior Financial Reporting Manager and, subsequently, Associate Director.
Following promotion to his current role, Mark’s focus evolved from overseeing the delivery of a broad range of administration and accounting services across our private equity client base to specialising in more complex corporate structures, including listed vehicles.
