Background and experience
Prior to joining Aztec in 2020 Paul held several senior roles within global financial-services in the UK, Channel Islands and Bermuda, where he developed an unrivalled track record spanning over 20 years, in the delivery of complex multimillion-pound transformation programmes across IT, Marketing, Digital, Operations, Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance.
Upon joining Aztec Paul was responsible for the leadership of one of Aztec’s top 3 strategic client relationships, developing and monitoring the client level business plan to ensure that a sustainable long-term relationship was maintained, and with a high level of client satisfaction. This places Paul in a unique position to understand the operational landscape of running a team.
Qualifications
• MBA from the University of Birmingham.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Liverpool John Moores University.
• Prince2 Project Management practitioner.
Outside of the office
Paul and his wife Nathalie are kept busy raising their 2 boys and supporting them with their sporting endeavours in the pool and on the rugby pitch. Paul is a qualified rugby coach and swimming judge level 1.
