Background and experience
Since joining the Group in 2014, Resh has risen through the ranks from Client Relationship Manager to her current role of Director. During this time, she has played a vital role in the continued growth of the Group with a particular focus on the mid-cap private equity offering in Jersey, as well as the provision of consistent migration and administration services to a number of key clients.
Born and raised in South Africa, Resh originally came to Jersey in 2001 for a year’s work experience, but she soon grew fond of the Island’s lifestyle and thriving finance industry and decided to stay on a long-term basis. Having studied Business Economics and Accounting, Resh’s first role was as a Trainee Financial Systems Analyst at The Royal Bank of Scotland International, where she spent three years in their finance department providing accounting support for their offshore banking business.
Her move into the alternatives space came in 2005 and, after three years of working in a number of accounting and private equity roles at Mourant International Finance Administration, she assumed her first managerial position at Saltgate. During her tenure there, she was responsible for a portfolio of private equity and real estate fund structures.
Resh subsequently went on to become a Group Management Accountant for a gold and mineral exploration company before accepting a position with the Aztec Group.
