Background and experience
Tania first began working with the Aztec Group in 2006 as a consultant, before taking up a permanent role in 2014 as Associate Director and Head of Marketing. Drawing from her experience of working across marketing, new product development, customer services and operations management, she acted as a key driver in the development of our ‘Bright Alternative’ brand and value proposition.
Having guided a variety of high-profile marketing initiatives in the fund and corporate services market which enabled the Group to stand out in the alternatives space, Tania was appointed Director of Marketing and Brand at the beginning of 2019.
More recently Tania became increasingly involved in Aztec’s sustainability agenda, being appointed Head of Sustainability for the Group in October 2023.
Across the breadth of her career, Tania applied her brand and marketing expertise to a variety of industries including telecommunications, financial services and the not-for-profit sector.
Prior to working with the Aztec Group, she headed up the marketing function for a leading UK furniture manufacturer and, before that, she led The Royal Bank of Scotland International’s corporate marketing team.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
- Degree in Business Studies from the University of Buckingham.
Outside of the office
In her free time, you will find Tania with her family and horses. She was a keen showjumper before having children, and now enjoys spending time with both them and their ponies.
