Background and experience
He brings into this role experience in designing and delivering fast-paced growth and technology driven change. Previously the Chief Operating Officer at JLL’s UK Investment and Agency businesses, Tom led the digital transformation agenda and worked closely with the PropTech community to identify future investments. He led JLL’s first AI and machine learning project, as well as the delivery of an award-winning interactive property search experience.
Before JLL, Tom was with Xchanging, part of DXC Technology, where he focused on digitally transforming the Commercial Insurance marketplace.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Studies from the University of Bournemouth
Outside of the office
Tom enjoys spending time off with his wife and two young children in their home in Hertfordshire, England. He is a keen golfer, loves exploring new places and new activities, and is renowned by his friends for his summer barbecues.
