Background and experience
Vanessa started with the Group in 2008 as a Client Relationship Manager, initially assuming responsibility for a portfolio of mid-market clients. Over the following years she rose through the ranks, culminating in her promotion to Associate Director, where her mandate extended to include oversight of a private equity team and several client structures.
Before joining the Group, Vanessa worked within the private equity department of Mourant for five years, having started there in a senior administration role, before advancing to a management role with responsibility for a large private equity client based within the Nordic region.
Prior to this, Vanessa spent over 11 years at international specialist banking and asset management firm Investec.
Outside of the office
Vanessa likes to keep her social life busy. As well as going out with friends, she enjoys spending time with her family and travelling. She also has a vested interest in her daughters’ love of singing and dancing, and occasionally dabbles in tap dancing herself.
