Background and experience
Vicky joined Aztec in the summer of 2020 after 17 years at Lockheed Martin. During this time she undertook roles across several HR disciplines with her main focus on the development and delivery of compensation and benefit programmes in more than 30 countries around the world.
Her final role was as Head of Reward for Europe, Middle East and Africa, working closely with local leadership teams to ensure a balance between local market practice and global branding. Vicky was also the international reward lead for many mergers and acquisitions, as well as playing an integral part in performance management transformation.
Vicky is based at our office in Southampton but is responsible for teams across all our jurisdictions.
Qualifications
• MSc Human Resources Management from University of Portsmouth
• BA Business Studies from University of Portsmouth
• Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development
Outside of the office
Vicky enjoys being outside with her husband and dog. When holidays abroad in the sun are not possible she loves relaxing in their garden.
