Background and experience
Victoria joined the Group in 2019, after eight years spent with RBC in Jersey. During this time, she progressed to Senior Manager, with resourcing and recruitment responsibilities across the Channel Islands, British Isles, Caribbean and Continental Europe.
Prior to her time with RBC, Victoria was a Resourcing Business Partner at Ochre House (now Cielo), and spent six years as a Recruitment Consultant with Thomas and Dessain in Jersey. She started her career in HR with the offshore law firm, Mourant.

Outside of the office
When she’s not tending to the Group’s recruitment needs, Victoria spends time tending to her garden, satisfying her interest in interior design, and spending quality time with her family.
