Before joining the Group, Virginia sat on the boards of other multinationals both large and small, based in different locations around the world. In these roles, she led significant change agendas in areas including talent management, organisational design and development, employee engagement, restructuring and resourcing.
Virginia hasn’t taken a typical HR career path; in fact, she fell into the career before leaving to become a technology consultant. However, she was drawn back, believing it’s one of the toughest jobs you can take on!
Virginia and her colleagues help to shape the Group’s business for the future, by taking advantage of the digital age and increasing the diversity of our employee population. Her role encompasses Group-wide responsibility for strategies and the implementation of people-focused change initiatives, reward activities, professional development and talent management agendas, as well as designing policies and projects that develop a modern, flexible, productive and supportive working environment.
Broader perspectives, skills, experience and knowledge allow Virginia and her colleagues to enrich and enhance the value we bring to each other and to our clients.
A member of the Aztec Group Executive Committee and our People Committee, Virginia is based in the UK and regularly travels to work in all of the Group’s offices.
- Degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of New South Wales
Outside of the office
Away from the office, Virginia enjoys skiing, golf, tennis, swimming and bodyboarding.
While not keeping active, she relaxes by listening to an array of music, going to the theatre, cooking, and socialising with family – including the four-legged family member, Louis – and friends.
